Four riders took on laps of the Red Wall to close out the 2026 Triangle series with the 30mile event.
Sam Ward recorded the fastest time of 1:05:18. Emily Middlebrooke was fastest woman in 1:28:20. John Raftery was fastest on handicap. Unfortunately Jonathan Hobbs was a DNF.
Race team member Thomas Nabb also took the opportunity to record a 10mile time of 22:41.
At the end of the season, the handicap competition was still close going into the last event, and with maximum points on the day, John Raftery finished with a 3 point lead over Sam Ward.

Congratulations to all winners, and all those who've raced over the season. Also a huge thank you to those who helped the events by volunteering, especially John Barnett for regular time keeping, and John Churchman, Phil Mason, Stephen Bucknell and many others for regularly stepping up to marshal.
